Another chapter of the MLS annual conference is complete. This year we were in St. Cloud and it was gorgeous. The hotel was right on riverside and that small market area had so many fun places to eat, shop and enjoy the arts. This year the MLA conference had a heavy air about it, but to see so many librarians all across Minnesota come together to support, expand and share ideas is always an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to receive the CE Scholarship from Prairielands and because of them I was able to experience not just all libraries coming together, connecting and reconnecting with librarians that have helped me over the years, but also learn from several panels that gave me something new to not just think on but to adopt and fit into my own library. I would have not been able to enjoy the full conference and everything it offered.
