MLA 2018 was held in St Cloud , Minnesota and again it was a very good conference. I think the best session for me was Teenagers are Human and You Can Too! I learned a lot of ideas on how to communicate and handle teenagers, which I hope to do daily in our library. I also like the quote they gave us, “Be the person you needed when you were younger,” by Ayesha Siddigi. The keynote speaker Building Buy-in for Marketing at your library by Gina Millsap was great. Another good session was Out-of-the Box Book Club, which told us about some non-traditional book clubs for kids. Thanks you very much for giving me the chance to attend.
