I attended the Summer Reading Resource Fair @ the St. Cloud Public Library on Friday, December 9. It was a nice “kick-off” to the upcoming 2017 summer library program. It helped get me excited and motivated to begin plans for next summer’s program. St. Cloud Public Library staff did a nice job of hosting this event. Connie Laing shared ideas for the Pre-Reader program. Chris Mallo had ideas for all ages but specifically the preschool and school-age. The teen & adult ideas were shared by Ariel Kirst. All three presenters shared ideas for passive as well as active programs. It was fun to see some nice new fresh ideas to use with the upcoming theme. Thank you for the opportunity to attend.
