I attended the system-wide staff retreat. I went up the night before and very much enjoyed the very informal evening get together. I wish more people had come. It’s so nice to get to know people we talk to or email… The presentations on Friday were great! Teri did not have time to get through all of her presentation on customer service, but it’s always good to hear how to take care of our patrons. The presentations on displays and marketing was fun too. I got some great ideas for displays I would like to do.
Thank you so much for providing scholarships like this! It gives me an opportunity to take part in things I normally wouldn’t have the funding to do.
