Camp Read-A-Lot is a literacy conference. We had 2 authors speak about writing and how to encourage kids to read more. The authors were to Minnesota authors, David LaRochelle and John Coy. Also Ralph Covert showed us how fun can turn into a learning experience. Everyone was great and it was an awesome experience. We earned 25 credits of continuing education each day. We had to read from two reading lists to earn credits, then we discussed and decided the use of the book. I will definitely go again.
